   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour:

(a)   pursuant to paragraph 9(2)(b) and subsection 10(1) of the Canada Labour Code, appoints Annie Berthiaume of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a Vice-Chairperson of the Canada Industrial Relations Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, on a full-time basis;

(b)   pursuant to section 12.04 of the Canada Labour Code, fixes her remuneration and certain condition of employment at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($172,900 - $203,300); and

(c)   pursuant to section 117 of the Canada Labour Code, orders that Annie Berthiaume be deemed to be employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act;

effective January 26, 2015.

 Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  en vertu de l’alinéa 9(2)b) et du paragraphe 10(1) du Code canadien du travail, nomme Annie Berthiaume, d’Ottawa (Ontario), vice-présidente du Conseil canadien des relations industrielles, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à temps plein;

b)  en vertu de l’article 12.04 du Code canadien du travail, fixe sa rémunération et certaines conditions d’emploi au taux spécifié à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (172 900 $ - 203 300 $);

c)  en vertu de l’article 117 du Code canadien du travail, ordonne qu’Annie Berthiaume soit réputée faire partie de la fonction publique pour l’application de la Loi sur la pension de la fonction publique;

à compter du 26 janvier 2015.
