His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 48(2)(a) of the Broadcasting Act, approves that the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, as landlord,

(a) extend the lease, with respect to premises located at 250 Front Street West in Toronto, Ontario, with Ariad Custom Publishing Limited, as tenant, for an additional period of five years;

(b) grant, in favour of Ariad Custom Publishing Limited, two options to renew the lease referred to in paragraph (a) for two further periods of five years each; and

(c) grant, in favour of Ariad Custom Publishing Limited, the option to request an additional 50 percent in square footage of the leased premises, for a total consideration in excess of $4,000,000.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 48(2) de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise la Société Radio-Canada, à titre de bailleur :

a) à prolonger le bail avec Ariad Custom Publishing Limited, à titre de locataire, relativement à la location des locaux situés au 250, rue Front Ouest, Toronto (Ontario), pour une période additionnelle de cinq ans;

b) à octroyer à Ariad Custom Publishing Limited deux options de renouvellement du bail visé à l’alinéa a) pour une période additionnelle de cinq ans chacune;

c) à octroyer à Ariad Custom Publishing Limited le droit de demander un espace additionnel d’au plus cinquante pour cent de la superficie, en pieds carrés, des locaux loués, d’une valeur totale dépassant 4 000 000 $.
