   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Christopher John Badger of Nanaimo, British Columbia, to be a director of the Nanaimo Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending October 8, 2016, in the place of Michael Hunter.

    Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnées dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Christopher John Badger, de Nanaimo (Colombie-Britannique), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Nanaimo, pour un mandat se terminant le 8 octobre 2016, en remplacement de Michael Hunter.
