His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Senegal for the Promotion and the Protection of Investments; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Edward Fast, Minister for International Trade, or Lynne Yelich, Minister of State (Foreign Affairs and Consular), or Christian Paradis, Minister of International Development, or Philippe Beaulne, Ambassador of Canada to the Republic of Senegal, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Agreement between Canada and the Republic of Senegal for the Promotion and the Protection of Investments.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification l’Accord entre le Canada et la République du Sénégal concernant la promotion et la protection des investissements;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Edward Fast, ministre du Commerce international, ou Lynne Yelich, ministre d’État (Affaires étrangères et consulaires), ou Christian Paradis, ministre du Développement international, ou Philippe Beaulne, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République du Sénégal, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l’Accord entre le Canada et la République du Sénégal concernant la promotion et la protection des investissements.
