His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Second Protocol amending the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on Air Transport of 9 September 2005; or

(b) to execute and issue the Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Edward Fast, Minister of International Trade, or Lisa Raitt, Minister of Transport, or Lynne Yelich, Minister of State (Foreign Affairs and Consular), or Guy Saint-Jacques, Ambassador of Canada to the People’s Republic of China, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Second Protocol amending the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on Air Transport of 9 September 2005.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Deuxième Protocole modifiant l’Accord sur le transport aérien entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement de la République populaire de Chine du 9 septembre 2005;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Edward Fast, ministre du Commerce international, ou Lisa Raitt, ministre des Transports, ou Lynne Yelich, ministre d’État (Affaires étrangères et consulaires), ou Guy Saint-Jacques, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République populaire de Chine, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, le Deuxième Protocole modifiant l’Accord sur le transport aérien entre le Gouvernement du Canada et le Gouvernement de la République populaire de Chine du 9 septembre 2005.
