His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Works and Government Services,

(a) pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, approves the Canada Lands Company Limited corporate plan for the planning period 2014-2015 to 2018-2019; and

(b) pursuant to paragraph 99(2)(b) of the Financial Administration Act, authorizes the leases of Parc Downsview Park Inc. listed in Schedule A attached and the leases of Old Port of Montreal Corporation Inc. listed in Schedule B attached, as well as the retention and use of the proceeds of those leases.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Travaux publics et des Services gouvernementaux, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, approuve le plan d’entreprise de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée pour la période de planification 2014-2015 à 2018-2019;

b) en vertu de l’alinéa 99(2)b) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, autorise les baux de Parc Downsview Park Inc., énumérés à l’annexe A ci-jointe, et ceux de la Société du Vieux-Port de Montréal inc., énumérés à l’annexe B ci-jointe, ainsi que la conservation et l’utilisation du produit de ces locations.
