His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development) of the Appropriation Act No. 2, 2014-15, appoints:

Sidney Frank as Consul General of Canada in Bangalore (Republic of India); and

Shawn Steil as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Republic of Tajikistan, with residence in Astana.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu   du crédit n^o 1 (Affaires étrangères, Commerce et Développement) de la Loi de crédits n^o 2 pour 2014-2015, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme:

Sidney Frank en qualité de consul général du Canada à Bangalore (République de l’Inde);

Shawn Steil en qualité d’ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République du Tadjikistan, avec résidence à Astana.
