                  Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 7 of An Act to incorporate the Canadian Medical Protective Association, chapter 91 of the Statutes of Canada, 1913, hereby sanctions the annexed By-Law No. 49, passed by The Canadian Medical Protective Association on August 21, 2002.
