   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, after consultation with the board of directors of Ridley Terminals Inc., pursuant to section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, appoints the Auditor General of Canada as the auditor of Ridley Terminals Inc. for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports, après consultation du conseil d’administration de Ridley Terminals Inc., et en vertu de l’article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme le vérificateur général du Canada, vérificateur de Ridley Terminals Inc. pour l’exercice financier se terminant le 31 décembre 2014.
