   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 5(1) and section 8 of the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada Act, appoints Marie-France Pelletier of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chief Administrator of the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7 ($198,900 - $233,900), effective October 27, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1) et de l’article 8 de la Loi sur le Service canadien d’appui aux tribunaux administratifs, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Marie-France Pelletier, d’Ottawa (Ontario), administratrice en chef du Service canadien d’appui aux tribunaux administratifs à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 7 (198 900 $ - 233 900 $), à compter du 27 octobre 2014.
