   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to paragraph 4(2)(a) and sections 8 and 10 of the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board Act, appoints Catherine Ebbs of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chairperson of the Public Service Labour Relations and Employment Board, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, and fixes her remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 7 ($198,900 - $233,900).

   Sur recommandation de la ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu de l’alinéa 4(2)(a) et des articles 8 et 10 de la Loi sur les relations de travail et de l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Catherine Ebbs, d’Ottawa (Ontario), présidente de la Commission des relations de travail et de l’emploi dans la fonction publique à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 7 (198 900 $ - 233 900 $).
