His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant one option to extend for five years, commencing on June 1^st, 2018, the existing five-year lease with CEG JEM Management Ltd. to occupy the fifth floor, including storage space, of a property located at 30 Metcalfe Street in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, d’une option de renouvellement pour une période de cinq ans, commençant le 1^er juin 2018, du bail de cinq ans en cours avec CEG JEM Management Ltd. pour occuper le cinquième étage, y compris l’espace d’entreposage, de la propriété située au 30, rue Metcalfe à Ottawa, dont la délimitation figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
