His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant one option to extend for three years, commencing on June 1^st, 2018, the existing fifty-nine months lease with Bell Technical Solutions Inc. to occupy a property located at 1740 Woodroffe Avenue in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, d’une option de prolongation pour une période de trois ans, commençant le 1^er juin 2018, du bail de cinquante-neuf mois en cours avec Bell Technical Solutions Inc. concernant la propriété située au 1740, avenue Woodroffe à Ottawa, dont la délimitation figure à l’annexe ci-jointe.
