His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, approves that the National Capital Commission grant one option to extend for five years, commencing on April 1^st, 2018, the existing five-year lease with Vertical Reality Inc. to occupy the properties located at 161 and 160 Middle Street in Ottawa, as described in the annexed schedule, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil donne son accord à l’octroi, par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, d’une option de prolongation pour une période de cinq ans, commençant le 1^er avril 2018, du bail en cours avec Vertical Reality Inc. concernant les propriétés situées aux 161 et 160, rue Middle à Ottawa, dont les délimitations figurent à l’annexe ci-jointe.
