   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, after consultation with the board of directors of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, pursuant to sections 105 and 108 of the Financial Administration Act, re-appoints Robert Walker of Petawawa, Ontario, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Atomic Energy of Canada Limited, to hold office during pleasure for a term of six months, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($306,300 - $360,300), effective October 1, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles, après consultation du conseil d’administration de l’Énergie atomique du Canada, Limitée et en vertu des articles 105 et 108 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Robert Walker, de Petawawa (Ontario), président et premier dirigeant de l’Énergie atomique du Canada Limitée, à titre amovible, pour une période de six mois, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle (306 300 $ - 360 300 $), à compter du 1^er octobre 2014.
