His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Michael Wernick of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Clerk of the Privy Council and Associate Secretary to the Cabinet, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($245,400 - $288,600), effective October 6, 2014.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Michael Wernick, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-greffier du Conseil privé et secrétaire associé du Cabinet, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (245 400 $ - 288 600 $), à compter du 6 octobre 2014.
