His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to paragraph 7(h) of the Canadian Wheat Board (Interim Operations) Act, approves the acquisition by the Corporation from Raymond Joseph Louis Philippe and Claudette Antoinette Philippe of the real property located in the Parish of Sainte Agathe, Manitoba, and described in the annexed schedule.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Agriculture et de l’Agroalimentaire et en vertu de l’alinéa 7h) de la Loi sur la Commission canadienne du blé (activités en période intérimaire), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve l’acquisition, par la Commission, des biens immobiliers appartenant à Raymond Joseph Louis Philippe et à Claudette Antoinette Philippe situés dans la paroisse de Sainte Agathe (Manitoba) et délimités à l’annexe ci-jointe.
