   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Health, pursuant to sections 6, 8 and 10 of the Public Health Agency of Canada Act, appoints Gregory Taylor of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Chief Public Health Officer of Canada, Public Health Agency of Canada, to hold office during pleasure for a term of five years, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($223,800 - $262,200).

   Sur recommandation de la ministre de la Santé et en vertu des articles 6, 8 et 10 de la Loi sur l’Agence de la santé publique du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Gregory Taylor, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste d’administrateur en chef de la santé publique du Canada, Agence de la santé publique du Canada, à titre amovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (223 800 $ - 262 200 $).
