Whereas the Honourable Barry H. Matheson, a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, died on June 14, 2014, while holding office;

Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to section 44 of the Judges Act, grants an annuity of $100,266.66 to Bettianne Matheson, survivor of the Honourable Barry H. Matheson to commence on June 15, 2014, and to continue during her life.

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’article 44 de la Loi sur les juges, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil accorde, à titre viager, une pension annuelle de 100 266,66 $ à Bettianne Matheson, survivante de l’honorable Barry H. Matheson, payable à compter du 15 juin 2014.
