His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to section 39 of the Canada Pension Plan, approves that the Minister of National Revenue, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into an agreement with the government of Quebec, entitled the Agreement to amend the Agreement concerning refunds of overpayment under Section 40 of the Canada Pension Plan and under Sections 92 and 228 of the Quebec Pension Plan made in duplicate on the 12^th day of February, 1968, substantially in accordance with the annexed draft agreement.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Revenu national et en vertu de l’article 39 du Régime de pensions du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la conclusion par la ministre du Revenu national, pour le compte du gouvernement du Canada, avec le gouvernement du Québec, d’une entente intitulée Entente visant la modification de l’Accord prévoyant le remboursement des excédents de contributions en vertu de l’article 40 du Régime de pensions du Canada et des articles 92 et 228 du Régime de rentes du Québec fait en double le 12^e jour de février 1968, laquelle entente est conforme en substance au projet d’entente ci-joint.
