His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development) of the Appropriation Act No. 2, 2014-15, appoints:

Troy Lulashnyk as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Arab Republic of Egypt; and

Martine Moreau as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the State of Kuwait.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 (Affaires étrangères, Commerce et Développement) de la Loi de crédits n^o 2 pour 2014-2015, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme:

Troy Lulashnyk en qualité d’ambassadeur extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de la République arabe d’Égypte;

Martine Moreau en qualité d’ambassadrice extraordinaire et plénipotentiaire du Canada auprès de l’État du Koweït.
