His Excellency the Governor General in Council,

on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints

Stephen Lucas of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Deputy Secretary to the Cabinet (Plans and Consultations and Intergovernmental Affairs), Privy Council Office, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in

the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range

($190,500 - $224,100), effective July 21, 2014.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en

vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Stephen Lucas, d’Ottawa (Ontario), à titre de sous-secrétaire

du Cabinet (Planification et consultations et Affaires intergouvernementales), Bureau du Conseil privé, à titre amovible,

et fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément

à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle

(190 500 $ - 224 100 $), à compter du 21 juillet 2014.
