   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No. 1 (Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development) of the Appropriation Act No. 2, 2014-15, appoints Ginette Martin as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Canada to the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
