His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 127.1(1)(a) of the Public Service Employment Act, appoints Patrick Borbey of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Associate Deputy Minister of Canadian Heritage, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range ($190,500 - $224,100), effective July 2, 2014.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’alinéa 127.1(1)a) de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Patrick Borbey, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de sous-ministre délégué du Patrimoine canadien, à titre amovible, et fixe sa rémunération conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (190 500 $ - 224 100 $), à compter du 2 juillet 2014.
