   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Jean-François Émond, a Puisne Judge of the Superior Court for the District of Québec in the Province of Quebec, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal of the Province

of Quebec, with residence in the territory of Ville de Québec or

in the immediate vicinity thereof.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice,

le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que

l’honorable Jean-François Émond, juge de la Cour supérieure

pour le district de Québec dans la province de Québec, soit nommé

juge de la Cour d’appel de la province de Québec, avec résidence sur le territoire de la Ville de Québec, ou dans le voisinage immédiat de ce territoire.
