   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Robert Mainville, a Judge of the Federal Court of Appeal, be appointed a Puisne Judge of the Court of Appeal

of the Province of Quebec, with residence in the territory of

Ville de Montréal or in the immediate vicinity thereof,

effective July 1, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice,

le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que

l’honorable Robert Mainville, juge de la Cour d’appel fédérale,

soit nommé juge de la Cour d'appel de la province de Québec, avec résidence sur le territoire de la Ville de Montréal, ou dans

le voisinage immédiat de ce territoire, à compter du 1^er juillet 2014.
