   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of William Alvin Graham of London, Ontario, to be a director of the board of directors of the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years.
