   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Transport of William M. Wheatley of Regina, Saskatchewan, as a director of the Board of Directors of VIA Rail Canada Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
