   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Bank of Canada Act, approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Alan Borger of Winnipeg, Manitoba, to be a director of the Board of Directors of the Bank of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a term ending February 28, 2017, in the place of Leo Ledohowski, effective July 2, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 9(1) de la Loi sur la Banque du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Finances d’Alan Borger, de Winnipeg (Manitoba), administrateur du conseil d’administration de la Banque du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat se terminant le 28 février 2017, en remplacement de Leo Ledohowski, à compter du 2 juillet 2014.
