   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, re-appoints Jason Downey of Gatineau, Quebec, to be a permanent member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective September 14, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Jason Downey, de Gatineau (Québec), titulaire du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour une période de cinq ans, à compter du 14 septembre 2014.
