   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, appoints Jean Bédard, Q.C., of Kingston, Ontario, to be a permanent member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of five years, effective July 28, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Jean Bédard, c.r., de Kingston (Ontario), titulaire du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de cinq ans, à compter du 28 juillet 2014.
