   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence, pursuant to section 29.16 of the National Defence Act, appoints Allan F. Fenske, Q.C., of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a part-time member of the Military Grievances External Review Committee, to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.
