   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry:

(a)  pursuant to section 3 and subsections 5(2) and 5(3) of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Act, re-appoints Jack Maurice Mintz of Calgary, Alberta, as a member of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective September 29, 2014; and

(b)  pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council Act, approves the re-election by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Jack Maurice Mintz of Calgary, Alberta, as Vice-President of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  en vertu de l’article 3 et des paragraphes 5(2) et 5(3) de la Loi sur le Conseil de recherches en sciences humaines, renouvelle le mandat de Jack Maurice Mintz, de Calgary (Alberta), conseiller du Conseil de recherches en sciences humaines, à titre amovible, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 29 septembre 2014;

b)  en vertu du paragraphe 6(1) de la Loi sur le Conseil de recherches en sciences humaines, approuve la réélection par le Conseil de recherches en sciences humaines de Jack Maurice Mintz, de Calgary (Alberta), comme vice-président du Conseil de recherches en sciences humaines.
