   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada, pursuant to section 105 of the

Financial Administration Act, approves the appointment by the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada of Guy Martin

of Montréal, Quebec, to be a director of the Board of Directors of The Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years.
