   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Employment and Social Development and the Minister of Health, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2007-281 of March 2, 2007, designates Andrew Victor Wister of North Vancouver, British Columbia, a member of the National Seniors Council, as Chairperson of the National Seniors Council, to hold office during pleasure for a term ending May 2, 2015.
