   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to sections 103, 104 and 153 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act:

(a)  reappoints Marie-France Pelletier of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Parole Board of Canada to hold office during good behaviour for a period of three years;

(b)  designates Marie-France Pelletier to be Executive Vice-Chairperson of the Parole Board of Canada; and

(c)  fixes her remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 6 ($172,900 - $203,300);

effective July 31, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu des articles 103, 104 et 153 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  nomme de nouveau Marie-France Pelletier, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

b)  désigne Marie-France Pelletier au poste de première vice-présidente de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada;

c)  fixe sa rémunération, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (172 900 $ - 203 300 $);

à compter du 31 juillet 2014.
