 His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, pursuant to sections 103, 104 and 153 of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act:

(a)  reappoints Harvey Cenaiko of Ottawa, Ontario, as a full-time member of the Parole Board of Canada, to hold office during good behaviour for a period of three years;

(b)  designates Harvey Cenaiko to be Chairperson of the Parole Board of Canada; and

(c)  fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 8 ($228,400 - $268,700);

effective July 31, 2014.

 Sur recommandation du ministre de la Sécurité publique et de la Protection civile et en vertu des articles 103, 104 et 153 de la Loi sur le système correctionnel et la mise en liberté sous condition, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a)  nomme de nouveau Harvey Cenaiko, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans;

b)  désigne Harvey Cenaiko au poste de président de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada;

c)  fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 8 (228 400 $ - 268 700$);

à compter du 31 juillet 2014.
