   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to subsections 5(3) and (4) of the International Development Research Centre Act, re-appoints Cindy Termorshuizen of Ottawa, Ontario, as a governor of the Board of Governors of the International Development Research Centre, to hold office during pleasure for a term of one year.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu des paragraphes 5(3) et (4) de la Loi sur le Centre de recherches pour le développement international, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Cindy Termorshuizen, d’Ottawa (Ontario), gouverneure du Conseil des gouverneurs du Centre de recherches pour le développement international, à titre amovible, pour une période d’un an.
