His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the National Energy Board Act, approves the issuance by the National Energy Board to New Brunswick Power Corporation of Amending Orders AO-002-EC-5 / AO-003-EC-III-7 / AO-002-EC-III-8 / AO-003-EC-III-18 / AO-003-EC-III-025, substantially in the form annexed.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Ressources naturelles et en vertu du paragraphe 21(2) de la Loi sur l’Office national de l’énergie, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil agrée la délivrance par l’Office national de l’énergie à la Société d’Énergie du Nouveau-Brunswick des ordonnances modificatrices AO-002-EC-5, AO-003-EC-III-7, AO-002-EC-III-8, AO-003-EC-III-18 et AO-003-EC-III-025, conformes en substance au texte ci-après.
