His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice and pursuant to subsection 33(1) of the Nunavut Act, appoints the Honourable Rodney A. Jerke, a Judge of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, to be a deputy judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice who shall hold office during good behaviour until attaining the age of seventy-five years.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 33(1) de la Loi sur le Nunavut, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme l’honorable Rodney A. Jerke, juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de l’Alberta, au poste de juge adjoint de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, à titre inamovible et jusqu’à ce qu’il atteigne l’âge de soixante-quinze ans.
