His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, pursuant to section 203 of the Economic Action Plan 2013 Act, No. 2, chapter 40 of the Statutes of Canada, 2013, fixes October 31, 2014 as the day on which Division 5 of Part 3 of that Act comes into force.

Sur recommandation de la ministre du Travail et en vertu de l’article 203 de la Loi n^o 2 sur le plan d’action économique de 2013, chapitre 40 des Lois du Canada (2013), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe au 31 octobre 2014 la date d’entrée en vigueur de la section 5 de la partie 3 de cette loi.
