His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour, the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to sections 125 and 157 of the Canada Labour Code, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Oil and Gas Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).
