His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 4.9, paragraphs 5(a) and 6.71(3)(a), section 6.8 and subsection 7.6(1) of the Aeronautics Act, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Canadian Aviation Regulations (Parts I, II, IV, VI and VII — Private Operators).

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 4.9, des alinéas 5a) et 6.71(3)a), de l’article 6.8 et du paragraphe 7.6(1) de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil prend le Règlement modifiant le Règlement de l’aviation canadien (parties I, II, IV, VI et VII — exploitants privés), ci-après.
