His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2007-355 of March 15, 2007; and

(b) sets out in the annexed schedule certain terms and conditions of employment of the special adviser to the Minister of Justice, known as the Federal Ombudsman for Victims of Crime.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) abroge le décret C.P. 2007-355 du 15 mars 2007;

b) établit, conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, certaines des modalités d’emploi du conseiller spécial du ministre de la Justice, lequel porte le titre d’ombudsman fédéral des victimes d’actes criminels.
