His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, fixes the remuneration of Thomas Kaye, a full-time member of the Parole Board of Canada, for the period he is acting as Vice-Chairperson of the Ontario Regional Division at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($141,300 - $166,200), commencing on September 25, 2013 and ending January 29, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil fixe la rémunération de Thomas Kaye, membre à temps plein de la Commission des libérations conditionnelles du Canada pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de vice-président de la Section régionale de l'Ontario à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l = échelle GCQ 5 (141 300 $ - 166 200 $), commençant le 25 septembre 2013 et se terminant le 29 janvier 2014.
