His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 25.1(1) of the Divorce Act, approves that the Minister of Justice, on behalf of the Government of Canada, enter into an agreement, substantially in the form set out in the annexed draft agreement, with the Government of Quebec, authorizing the provincial child support service designated in the agreement, namely the Service administratif de rajustement des pensions alimentaires pour enfants, to carry out the activities set out in paragraphs 25.1(1)(a) and (b) at that Act.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu du paragraphe 25.1(1) de la Loi sur le divorce, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil approuve la conclusion par le ministre de la Justice, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, d’un accord avec le gouvernement du Québec, conforme en substance au projet d’accord ci-joint et autorisant le service provincial des aliments pour enfants désigné dans celui-ci, soit le Service administratif de rajustement des pensions alimentaires pour enfants, à remplir les fonctions prévues aux alinéas 25.1(1)a) et b) de cette loi.
