His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Defence,

(a) pursuant to subsection 135(1) of the Strengthening Military Justice in the Defence of Canada Act, chapter 24 of the Statutes of Canada, 2013, fixes June 1, 2014 as the day on which subsections 2(1) and (5), sections 4 to 9, 15, 18 and 21, subsection 22(2), sections 25, 26, 29, 30, 38, 48 and 49, subsection 52(2), sections 55, 60, 71, 72, 76 to 96, 98, 100 to 102, 107, 108, 117 and 129 to 131 of that Act come into force; and

(b) pursuant to subsection 135(2) of that Act, fixes June 1, 2014 as the day on which sections 19, 68 and 126 to 128 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Défense nationale, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil :

a) en vertu du paragraphe 135(1) de la Loi visant à renforcer la justice militaire pour la défense du Canada, chapitre 24 des Lois du Canada (2013), fixe au 1^er juin 2014 la date d’entrée en vigueur des paragraphes 2(1) et (5), des articles 4 à 9, 15, 18 et 21, du paragraphe 22(2), des articles 25, 26, 29, 30, 38, 48 et 49, du paragraphe 52(2) et des articles 55, 60, 71, 72, 76 à 96, 98, 100 à 102, 107, 108, 117 et 129 à 131 de cette loi;

b) en vertu du paragraphe 135(2) de cette loi, fixe au 1^er juin 2014 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 19, 68 et 126 à 128 de cette loi.
