The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Charles T. Hackland, Regional Senior Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario for the East Region, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l'honorable Charles T. Hackland, juge principal régional de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario pour la région de l’est, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, et juge d'office de la Cour d'appel de l’Ontario.
