   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, in consultation with the classes of users mentioned in the letters patent, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(d) of the Canada Marine Act, appoints Glenn Bruce Cooke of Saint John, New Brunswick, to be a director of the Saint John Port Authority, to hold office for a term ending December 11, 2015.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Transports, en consultation avec les catégories d’utilisateurs mentionnés dans les lettres patentes, et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)d) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Glenn Bruce Cooke, de Saint John (Nouveau-Brunswick), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Saint John, pour un mandat se terminant le 11 décembre 2015.
