   His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Veterans Affairs, pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, appoints Leonard M. Hall of Langley, British Columbia, to be a permanent member of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective June 30, 2014.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Anciens Combattants et en vertu des articles 4 et 5 de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), Son Excellence le Gouverneur général en conseil nomme Leonard M. Hall, de Langley (Colombie-Britannique), membre titulaire du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel) à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 30 juin 2014.
